The Learn 2 Earn Work Readiness Programme targets out-of school unemployed youth from Grade 12, TVET Colleges and HET institutions.
The aim is to address the gaps between the learners education achievements and the workplace readiness and needs to bridge the gap from Learning to Earning.
To prepare & equip the youth from previously disadvantaged communities in meeting the expectations of the 21st century workplace.
To prepare & equip youth with self development skills in order to manage themselves & life more effectively.
A work ready individual possesses the foundational skills needed to be qualified for a soft skill job.
To help the youth discover their own values, needs & skills to fulfil their employment expectations.
